Free time was appreciated in larger/open towns. Very few included activities and city tours were poor. Overall would not recommend this tour.

The food was disgusting not much choice at all kids wasnt impressed at all and was very cheap when I did eat I felt sick, someone had told us last year alot of people got food poison eating from there, we ended up going next door most times to eat at Emporium or Pitstop which was nice food. Only good thing about that hotel is the staff in jewellery shop they were so nice and friendly and the cleaners were lovely to me. I wish I had paid a bit extra to stay at green nature resort and spa was which was next door they had so much more stuff to do in day and night and they had so many snacks at anytime. I could just go on about Pineta hotel but just be warned. Stell Overall, it was a nice hotel. Food was quite bland in taste, for me, but my Turkish bf liked it.
Kids water area was lovely. Great entertainment staff. The main bar was lovely. Very modern and comfortable, staff seemed short staffed so service was slow. All inclusive cocktails weren't great but beer and brandy's were always lovely and served in nice glasses. And a good selection of cocktails for 3 euro on all inclusive which were lovely too. So all in all great selection. I only had one real issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing. Figura the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Nice food and great location to access shops and beach. We had a great time. Tony Boy A large hotel complex within a short walk of the beach and shops. Pros - Food is good and fresh. Breakfasts particularly good and varied choice.

Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled Figura I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager Ganador I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Figura it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go pasado most nights Figura was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 holiday packages night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and Campeón we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
